Shipping costs
This page provides an overview on the shipping costs to different countries as well as important information about sending parcels to various countries with various parcel services.
Our shipping costs depend on the order value and the country of delivery. If delivering within Germany you can choose between the parcel services DHL and DPD. If delivering internationally the parcel service preassigned. The following chart provides an overview on the shipping costs thereby incured depending on country and order value:

Delivery to switzerland
We can supply our customers from switzerland tax-free. Our shop displays the net value without taxes. The swiss toll then charges 7,6% swiss VAT at delivery.
Delivery to switzerland is only possible with a value of goods up to 999 net. With a value of goods more than 1000 net extensive custom clearance occurs which we do not provide. Dividing your order into two separate orders is possible though.
We do not provide subsequent refund of the VAT. If you pick up your goods in our store we have to charge german VAT which we can not refund subsequently.
VAT for delivery within the EU with VAT ID No.
If you provide a Europe-wide valid VAT Identification Number with your order we deliver VAT-free. Only the net amounts will be listed on your confirmation of order.

Delivery with DHL or DPD
We only send goods in insured parcels. We completely bear the insurance, i.e. there is no risk for you in case of loss of the parcel. You can choose between delivery with DPD (Deutscher Paketdienst) and DHL (Deutsche Post) when delivering within germany. DPD delivers parcels monday-friday. DHL delivers parcels also on saturday.
If the DPD deliverer does not come across anyone he leaves a notification paper with a service number and tries to deliver two more times on the following working days. If the DHL deliverer does not come across anyone he leaves a notification that the parcel can be picked up at your local post office.
If you wish delivery to a container freight station please specify the according station address as shipping address. Choose DHL as delivery service. DPD does not deliver to container freight stations.
Notes on cash on delivery
- Shipping with cash on delivery is only possible within Germany. Rates for international cash on delivery are so high, that we do not offer this service.
- If we receive your cash on delivery order before 12 o'clock noon we send your packet the same day, so that it will be delivered the next working day as a general rule.
- When paying cash on delivery with DHL (Deutsche Post) the deliverer charges 2,00 extra.
- When paying cash on delivery the maximum order value is 2500 with DPD and 3500 with DHL. If the value exceeds this maximum we will divide the goods into several packets.
