Payment methods

Our customers from Germany can pay by prepayment, cash on delivery, cash at pickup or by PayPal.

Our customers from Switzerland and the EU countries can pay by prepayment, cash at pickup or by PayPal.

Please note that we do not refund VAT subsequently. If you come from abroad into our office in Munich-Unterhaching and pick up wares, you have to pay the German VAT, which will not be refunded even after export.

Billing methods

Prepayment

Pay your order by bank transfer in advance. The wares will be shipped as soon as the total invoice amount (wihout deductions) is on our bank account.

Cash at pick-up

Pay your order cash or with EC card in our office when you pick them up personally. Please, note that many EC-cards have a limit (e.g. 1000 Euro).

Cash on delivery

Pay your order comfortably when your parcel arrives. Please note that this payment method is only available within Germany.

Pay your order with PayPal or with your credit card.
