The OpticPro ST64+ scans with a maximum resolution of 3200x6400 dpi. You can scan even very small sections of the original with it and enlarge them afterwards. Thereby the OpticPro ST64t+ scans pixel after pixel while conventional scanners can only capture whole lines. Anyhow the OpticPro ST64+ with USB 2.0 port works very fast. An A4 prescan is ready within 5 seconds, a scan of a colour print 10x15cm only takes 25 seconds with 600 dpi. Even with this reduced resolution the scanned image corresponds a photo with an 8 Megapixels digital camera. The OpticPro ST64+ supports productive and quality-conscious work. Besides reflective originals like photos and printed documents the OpticPro ST64+ can scan slides and negatives, too with a patented transparency unit which is integrated in the original holder. The transparency unit is much bigger than those of many other scanners and permits scanning of three 35mm film strips with four frames each, up to six mounted 35mm slides and medium formats up to 6x9 cm with its practical All-in-One film and slide holders.
